understand your soulz

Openai, the company behind ChatGPT, an AI chatbot in beta (as this article is written).  I simply love it. Makes my job must easiest with those admin or general research, basic EDM, templates. How I wish the launched version will help in ppt, spreadsheets creation. Luckily it still cannot search on personal info. But what if it can?  The beta version is already a glimpse for many redundant jobs. Clerical stuff, admin work, document creation, process flow, these will be the yesteryears in few years time. What we can develop is soft skills and love?  But what if ChatGPT learnt about human? The flaw in us, the lies we do, the inhumane acts we did to Earth and our pursuit to become GOD.  If ChatGPT is programmed to protect Earth, the first race to extinction: Homo Sapiens.  An impossible scenario you may think but ... For now, enjoy ChatGPT to help in your productivity. Give more love and make an effort for Mother Earth. It is not limitless. 

We decide who we love (& hate). We perceive what is luxury and expensive.  We think that winning is always the end. We think we rule Mother Earth.  The only fact is that we are ruled by money and science but not love. We don't have the love and compassion towards one another, towards other living beings, towards the very Earth we lived in.  If we don't stop war and destroying this very place we lived in, (mainly govt initiatives) we are destined to see our own civilization extinct.  All matters are connected, every actions count. 

Human beings created rules, we follow these rules. We bend those rules to improve them.  Human beings derived theories, most of us follow those theories. Very few tried to crack or rebutt them.  Human beings created religions, we believe religions can make us a better person. How many tried to question the teachings? Did the teachings change as society evolves? Did we re-write the teachings? Human beings created the most powerful weapon -> Laws to keep ourselves in place. Laws can be simply implemented if you can gather the majority.  Human beings are now trying to play GOD. We are trying to outlive our given life span, we are trying to 'preserve' our memories, we are working to dominate the Earth and Universe.  Humans are never really part of the ecosystem, whether in food chain or harmony or universe. We follow the simple logic: Rules are meant to be broken. We create CHAOS. We try to 'break' everything rules, every animal kingdom, every country, every land....

Little did I realised that my first blog post was on 9 Sep 2005. When I first decided on this blog is to explore the meaning of soul, mind & life, anything other than work, but I got so distracted and tied up for the past 10 years in work that got me nowhere.  Covid-19 really sets me thinking and recollect my initial intention of exploring the soul: - What is life? - What is the purpose of life? - What purpose do we serve in this life?  - Is there a soul within us?  - How is life created?  - Is there life after death?  - Is there a calling? - Are we 'killing' Mother Nature?  - Is Covid-19 part of Mother Nature's punishment?  Reflecting upon Year 2020, I really enjoyed it. I had at least pick up my habit of reading back (after years of 'dumping it' since my school days), gone back to meditation for clarity, continue my 'no meat' diet and hopefully, I am back to managing this blog regularly.  I have plans for an early retirement (though I am not...

The new normal way of life and business has changed for the better since Singapore's Circuit Breaker. I find time to workout regularly, time for books and better planning.  The downside, more work as calls can be back to back, meetings can be so adhoc. No travelling needed means meetings can be packed so closely than drinking water proves challenging.  Since breakfast, lunch and dinner had to be in-house, food planning is now one of the main activities.  Meeting with friends, relatives, colleagues has never been more virtual.  But I actually quite like the new change.  The earth becomes cleaner. Skies become clearer, less cars, less flights, less human intervention, Mother Nature helps to revive our Earth. Better air, less natural disaster, less food wastage (I hope).  Are humans the root of Earth's Destruction?  Is this pandemic created by Mother Nature as a warning? Are humans evolving for the better? Welcome to the NEW WORLD. 

Money spent is knowledge, money kept is inheritance. In order to cheer yourself up, cheer someone up. Let no one ever come to you without leaving better. The world is not unfair, you have a choice. Be happy. When you are poor, spent on your friends. When you are well-off, treat your close ones better. A true friend will tell you off.
