Positive energy: - business partner that appreciate what I did. - the lunch at AMK coffeeshop with fantastic soup and brown rice. - ab workout and sweat it. Negative energy: - unmotivated in work - material gift that I don’t need. - a low appraisal score from my superior which is not justifiable.
