04May25 Ten Gratitudes of the day

1. Able to complete the Mandai Boardwalk. 2. Blue but cool sky. 3. First visit to Hillion Mall. 4. Having dinner with my siblings and the kiddos. 5. Fit and healthy. 6. Tried Eat 3 Bowls shop. 7. Continue with Netflix My Mister. Super good drama. 8. Clocked 10k + steps. 9. Finally someone who listens. 10. Knowing that Dad is still fit as a fiddle.

Are 3 meals or more daily necessary ?

Breakfast is must. Lunch needs to be hearty or full and dinner cannot be skipped.  Brunch, tea break and supper.  Do we need 6 meals a day or even 3 meals?  These are commercial terms to entice us to spend more and eat more when we know it is not needed. More food leads to obese to diseases and bad health.  Do we eat because we are conditioned? Do we eat because we are hungry?  Do we eat because the time said so?  Do we eat healthily?  Do we eat processed food?  Are you the norm or likes to challenge them? I eat whenever I need to. But breakfast could be a cup of milo.  Lunch if working has to take.  Dinner depends. Give your body organs time to optimally tune your body for the daily intake. Excess food gives excess burden for the organs to process them, usually useless at end of day.
