pineal gland practice or opening of third eye

I have been trying to understand and practise the opening of pineal gland or what most people called it the 'third eye'. Studies has shown that the pineal gland is able to help you absorb learning faster and open up to world of possibilities. I guess the possibilities is most likely enhancing your senses.   I have tried various YouTube channels, read books on meditation, different focus techniques, chakra light techniques but always nothing proven.  I chanced upon this YouTube channel yesterday of an master that guides on the third eye opening. Initial tried at night, nothing much, I felt my environment is distracting and my focus (technique) is wrong.  This morning, when everyone is still asleep (in fact, at this point that I am writing, my family members are still asleep and I just completed the focus technique). This time round, the feeling is different. I am able to 'see' bright green lights glowing like an atom molecule moving in fast speed. When I slowly recovered

What if work from home is default forever?

Could this be a possibility? Working from home or anywhere will be the defacto mode for all employment. Human interaction becomes lesser, going out for meetings or lunches becomes rare, web meetings becomes more packed, etc.  Is productivity better? Let's not dwell into work.  Will WFH helps Earth? Helps in pollution? Helps in less food wastage? Helps in lesser crimes?  There is so many what ifs but did we really put thoughts into matters that impact the humans.   What if the vaccination is only effective for covid19? What if it is not? What if pandemic is here to stay? How prepared are we? Is this a sign of something more dangerous to come? Did we really tried to save our planet or is it too late? What if we can travel back? What if the pandemic is really to clear the human race for sustainable living of the greater good? And everything starts from WFH.

4 day work week

Is there a possibility that your boss will allow you for a 4-days work week? Or a shorter working hour from our standard 40 hours to 32 or 35 hours ?  A lot of my colleagues will say a Yes if you are willing to take a pay cut. Is it necessary?  Does longer worktime equate to better productivity ? Research shown that we are probably productive for 3 to 4 hours per day.  Most part of the working time is used for unproductive stuff like clearing tons of rubbish emails and attending meetings that are not needed. 80% of our worktime is used to clear unimportant stuff. For business wise, 20% of your clients probably contribute to 80% of your sales. So why waste that remaining time on unproductive partners or customers ? Why not focus that 30 to 35 hours work week on pure productive work? Time management seems like a chore but it helps us to focus. We can even cut down the work time even more.  Having said on the 4 day work week plan, we must also ensure that the time saved are put into self
