being happy or not is so subjective. i am happy as long as my family members are. you can be rich and can buy the world but you cannot buy happiness. happiness needs to be shared and it can be contagious. i once saw this movie "Pay it Forward", a very touching show. it shows how you can make others happy without expecting a reward. see this if you are able to get hold of it. sometimes, happiness is not conveyed as expected. you can give the best things to your family but the 'rewards' are not as expected. you could be involved in arguments due to good intentions. Ironic. but you know that in your heart, you want to make them HAPPY. so put on a smile now and make the nearest people feel it. :)

this is what i asked when people says that they do want to be tied do. come on, let's be realistic, ask yourself these questions: - do you want to be lonely when old? - dont you like kids? - is it a lot of money involved in getting married? - are you gay or lesbian? if any of the answers is yes, probably you are better off not marrying. however, marriage between husband and wife are destined.

today seems to be a good day for me. i managed to close a big deal (in my context). i managed to seek help and ask for a price revision. am i lucky or what? this could be destiny at work. BUT my mood is bad today. Are you lucky or have you felt lucky before? can we alter or improve these luck and make ourselves luckier? apparently, we are able to do so. it is believed or proven that each of us has few layers of aura surrounding us. it is known as ki or chi in Chinese. Flow of energy in English. if we are able to manipulate or control these energies, it will somehow affect the surroundings. these energies are connected with our luck. Ripley's Believe it or not?

i was watching this chinese serial (last ep) in cableTV. it's about how a person in this dimension can talk to his dad in another dimension. This guy (Guang) somehow changed the destiny of his frens and dad. his dad is supposed to die 20 years ago. His dad appeared in the same dimension (went missing for 20 years) as him after he escaped. he became a monk. he said "one should not change the destiny, he/she should make good deeds now to advert or minimise the unlucky destiny." hmmm. profound.

saw this article in Straits Times Sunday talking about soul. What is the price of soul? working your life out does not equate to better life. idling all day does not promote meaningful life. Striking a balance between both is the best. some things are easier said than done. i think knowing your priorities at different phases of your life are most crucial. If money is your main need now, work like hell. If family planning is coming, you better work hard in your bedroom, keep out stress and go home early, set the mood. After all, you and I cannot stop or rewind time.
