Enough and Choices, that's how we should all live.

It is not about having enough choices.  These are 2 words that can carry us through our phases in life.  'Enough' 'enough' 'enough', easier to say, difficult to achieve for many.  Is pursuing unlimited riches or $$$ necessarily?  Do we need that much money?  Does it buy you happiness? maybe temporarily, short-lived but not forever or lasting.  How much money is ENOUGH then?! If it is never enough, you are forever that slave to the dollar, forever dissatisfied, forever working, forever sacrificing your mental and physical well-being. We are not born to slave for money.  If you know what is enough, what is needed. You stopped pursuing riches as a goal, start to enjoy your journey in life and find your purpose/calling.  Many of us would argue that we cannot afford not to work because we have to survive and raise a family, pay that mortgage and car loan, credit card bills, tuition fees, school fees, utility bills, etc.    If we live by these 2 principles, there are

Are 3 meals or more daily necessary ?

Breakfast is must. Lunch needs to be hearty or full and dinner cannot be skipped.  Brunch, tea break and supper.  Do we need 6 meals a day or even 3 meals?  These are commercial terms to entice us to spend more and eat more when we know it is not needed. More food leads to obese to diseases and bad health.  Do we eat because we are conditioned? Do we eat because we are hungry?  Do we eat because the time said so?  Do we eat healthily?  Do we eat processed food?  Are you the norm or likes to challenge them? I eat whenever I need to. But breakfast could be a cup of milo.  Lunch if working has to take.  Dinner depends. Give your body organs time to optimally tune your body for the daily intake. Excess food gives excess burden for the organs to process them, usually useless at end of day. Eat healthily and sustainably.  Do you realise that you get hungrier when you woke up if you had supper the day earlier?  Try it. Most times, a simple beverage drink will do the trick. #stayHealthy #beatT
