The digital age has brought about lots of convenience businesses are run, how we interact, how social media marketing or virtual platform changes our daily decisions. I know the millennium age batch is our working force. Their mode of interaction are mainly email or 90% whatsapp, wechat, or any form of messaging platform. Has we lost touch on using phone to call? A simple task can be just a phone call away but we preferred to send text to and fro. The new age simply sees how they can benefit in the shortest time, without loyalty or tackling tough human world work issues. Or maybe I am wrong. Problems that seem to apply common sense to resolve become a CEO's responsibility. End of day, we are hire to solve problems, not to play taiji. Daily tasks are just a tiny percentage of our scope.
