Positive energy:  - things at work are more or less settled - good lunch of unagi at unatoto.  - Had a short nap to recharge.  - completed 'Forget You Not' , only can rate 5/5.  Am I the dad in the show?  Negative energy:  - fuck. Still couldn't get over the argument the night before.  Mood bad.  - doesn't even wanna jog.  Quote: Start living. 

Positive energy:  - gathering with colleagues and ex-colleagues for chat - good lunch with vendors - good catch up with ex boss Negative energy:  - the company whatsapp sent by MD. How stupid ?! Spoilt the mood and motivation of sales.  Quote: recharge with people is needed even when there is no solution.
