Wake Up to Singapore Election 2020
Singapore Election 2020 came at a challenging time (Phase 2). We are still in the midst of controlling pandemic (Covid19) and yet Election is 'push forward' in these trying times. The election results are predictable on who's can form govt. nothing has changed for our election 2020, or is it? The same PAP won with Super Majority (83 seats), WP with 10 seats. 61% win in votes for PAP vs opposition parties. We know this is inevitable and we know PAP will form the government. Is this our mandate to PAP as LHL mentioned? or wake-up call for PAP? WP's results in this election is commendable. Most of the constitutions that they contested on is at least 40% winning votes.
