Slower is faster, less is more....

Are we driving slower but it is actually faster?

Are we earning less but in fact, I am earning more?

NO, that's not what I meant.

My bros were talking about swimming strokes...

My eldest bro mentioned that slower strokes actually make you swim faster. I couldn't agree more. My younger bro was having problem with freestyle and struggling in breathing. We mentioned the slower and more complete in your strokes, you actually swim faster. With lesser big strokes, you have more time for breathe and the distance covered is further per stroke. Don't believe us, try it! search for Total Immersion, highly recommended for any form of swimmers.

Slower is faster, less is more applies to a lot more cases in our daily lives.

Food!!! Taking your time to chew your food slowly actually make digestion better and actually consume less food and you can be full.

Actions! More observations will make decisions better and lesser actions.

Sports is a classic case... give some time to think over.

Less clutter gives you more freedom.... less stress makes job done faster....

So it doesn't necessarily means completing things faster is good, or is it not?

Meditation is actually a very good way to take things slower and feel things in a different perspective. TRY IT.

Next time, when you met with a situation, think about slower is faster, less is more...
