Polishing on writing skills

i started blog mainly because i wanted to 'buck up' on writing. writing a passage alone is tough and has never been my strength. i like to visualize more than to read, comic strips and books are bestfor me.

if there are any materials are that offending, please pardon me.

PS: that's why my articles are so 'lengthy'.

slept 3 times yesterday night

within 10 hours, i have slept 3 times yesterday. thanks to my girl. she has been coughing...(could be contracted from me)....i slept with her at 10pm (1st) then she woke up to vomit.... cough until vomit, very poor thing. .... around 2.30am (2nd) she woke up again asking for milk, becos everything was out when she vomit. (around 6am) (3rd). i am half conscious now...she seems ok now..... should i get her to the doc again? or should i go for a doc?

Energy for 4 Jun 2025 (Wednesday)

Positive energy:  - free bak chang from partner event. Good chat with a partner.  - cleared backlog and new boss has been helpful.  - got few more oppty coming.  Negative energy:  - the no recognition and low margin announcement is here to stay. Fml.  - cough still persist when didnt take meds.  - still cannot jog.  Quote: mind over matters can only happen when it matters.
