Its been a while since I wrote and positive and negative energy. I thought I had past the stage of identifying the negative energy from work. It seems like it is also coming from my existing relationship. 

Positive energy:
- lunch with vendor was a great catch up. 
- work has been distributed to the inside sales team. 
- Walk around the bay helps to clear the head. 

Negative energy:
- sore throat is back 😫. Did I not take care of myself good enough?
- relationships are painful. 

Quote: our kokoro will guide us to do things that we liked. Heed it.

This blog is directed at the person who recorded the suicide-rescue video!

This blog is directly aimed at the individual who recorded and shared the distressing video of a rescue team attempting to remove a deceased woman who was hung outside her HDB flat. I am profoundly disturbed and infuriated that this video was circulated and forwarded within my Whatsapp group. The video documented a tragic incident where a woman had taken her own life, and the rescue team was bravely attempting to retrieve her body. The situation was uniquely challenging, given that the woman had hung herself outside her HDB block (it's not ground level). I couldn't bring myself to finish watching the video but made it clear to my group that forwarding it was inappropriate (the video displayed "forwarded many times"). Energy for 4 Jun 2025 (Wednesday)

Positive energy:  - free bak chang from partner event. Good chat with a partner.  - cleared backlog and new boss has been helpful.  - got few more oppty coming.  Negative energy:  - the no recognition and low margin announcement is here to stay. Fml.  - cough still persist when didnt take meds.  - still cannot jog.  Quote: mind over matters can only happen when it matters.
