Energy for 31 May 2025 (Saturday)

Positive energy:
- get to sleep better though having headache from drinks 
- settled inventory handover for a unit


Negative energy: 
- disagreement on mutual agreement with conditions. I am so tired 😫 
- my heart is gone. 
- unmotivated in relationships

slept 3 times yesterday night

within 10 hours, i have slept 3 times yesterday. thanks to my girl. she has been coughing...(could be contracted from me)....i slept with her at 10pm (1st) then she woke up to vomit.... cough until vomit, very poor thing. .... around 2.30am (2nd) she woke up again asking for milk, becos everything was out when she vomit. (around 6am) (3rd). i am half conscious now...she seems ok now..... should i get her to the doc again? or should i go for a doc?

This blog is directly aimed at the individual who recorded and shared the distressing video of a rescue team attempting to remove a deceased woman who was hung outside her HDB flat. I am profoundly disturbed and infuriated that this video was circulated and forwarded within my Whatsapp group. The video documented a tragic incident where a woman had taken her own life, and the rescue team was bravely attempting to retrieve her body. The situation was uniquely challenging, given that the woman had hung herself outside her HDB block (it's not ground level). I couldn't bring myself to finish watching the video but made it clear to my group that forwarding it was inappropriate (the video displayed "forwarded many times").
