Energy for 20 May 2025 (Tuesday)

Positive energy: 
- dinner with team and lobsters at chicken n lobster
- great walk in the morning 
- hainanese curry rice for lunch at beo Crescent. Best best. But she charged too cheap. 

Negative energy:
- phlegm plague
- team going to be disbanded. 1 June taking effect.
