Energy for 12 May 2025

Positive energy: 

- I didn't spend a dime. 

- celebrate my birthday and well wishes from many friends. 

- spend time with my sibs and family. 

Negative energy: 

- not enough good sleep. 

- sore throat and cough is back. Shit. 

- my current situation socks.
