Positive energy:
- catching up with vendor sales and having good chat
-  catching up with colleagues and ex boss for dinner

Negative energy: 
- email already makes me nauseous. 
- when colleague is low in morale. 
- the lousy beer from dinner. 

Quote: we are time. We build the present and the future. The past is what you build for the present. No point dwelling on the past.

This blog is directed at the person who recorded the suicide-rescue video!

This blog is directly aimed at the individual who recorded and shared the distressing video of a rescue team attempting to remove a deceased woman who was hung outside her HDB flat. I am profoundly disturbed and infuriated that this video was circulated and forwarded within my Whatsapp group. The video documented a tragic incident where a woman had taken her own life, and the rescue team was bravely attempting to retrieve her body. The situation was uniquely challenging, given that the woman had hung herself outside her HDB block (it's not ground level). I couldn't bring myself to finish watching the video but made it clear to my group that forwarding it was inappropriate (the video displayed "forwarded many times"). Set a target in every part of your life

I am not referring to new year resolution. We should have move on with that every-year-cannot-be-achieved-resolution if you are reading this blog.  Instead, we should set 5-years target. Something far-fetched but achievable. I used to set targets to achieve at age 30, 35, 40... but till late (47 now), nothing was set since.  30 years old, income to hit SGD3k per month (simple). My income was pretty low then at young age.  35 years old, to own a million $ assets... achieved.  40 years old, liquidity of a million $. not really achieve but I believe I am liquid enough.  With bare necessity fulfilled, house and car (no loan very soon). A great family though arguments still appear. What more do I wanted?  After 40, I remembered I went into a long state of depression if you would call it.
