Energy for 24 May 2025 (Saturday)

Positive energy:
- new knowledge gained from 2 days course: digital content creation 
- having a course mate makes learning easier. 
- in good shape to run almost 5km back after long sickness. Yea!

Negative energy: 
‐ tired. Could be from lessons. 
- where's my motivation?

Qn: what's one lucky thing that happened to you recently? I manifested my NZ trip!!!
